  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Avocado oil can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 clove Minced garlic Fresh garlic works best.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil Fresh basil can be substituted.
For the Sweetness and Crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Consider combining with other flavors.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pistachios Almonds or walnuts can be used as alternatives.
  • 1 tablespoon Chives Optional, enhances presentation.
  • Cracked black pepper Sprinkle to taste.

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add minced garlic and dried basil to the mixture. Blend again until fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, smoothing it out and creating a well in the center.
  4. Pour honey into the well created in the dip.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios around the honey, followed by chives and cracked black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately with warm pita, pita chips, or vegetable sticks.
