Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Steak: Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped onion, black pepper, crushed dried rosemary, Montreal steak seasoning, and steak sauce in a blender. Puree until smooth and pour the marinade over the cube steak in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients: Preheat your grill to 375°F. Remove the marinated cube steak and drain it, patting dry. Microwave the cream cheese for about 20-30 seconds until softened.
  3. Assemble the Roll Ups: Spread cream cheese on one side of each cube steak. Sprinkle parsley over the cream cheese, then tightly roll the steaks from the short end into a cylinder.
  4. Wrap with Bacon: Wrap crispy bacon strips around each roll, securing the ends. You can use butcher twine or toothpicks if desired.
  5. Grill the Roll Ups: Place the bacon-wrapped roll ups on the grill, cooking for about 25 minutes, turning every five minutes until the bacon is crispy and the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
