  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium optional
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch optional for thickening

  • 1 tablespoon Butter or olive oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your pan by heating 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Once the skillet is ready, place the salmon skin-side up and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until opaque and flakes easily.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and tent with foil to keep warm while you prepare the glaze.
  5. In the same skillet, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for 30-60 seconds until hot.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over the fillets, and simmer in the glaze for about a minute.
  7. Plate the Orange Glazed Salmon and drizzle remaining glaze over the top before serving.
