Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Thaw the scallops if frozen. Peel and devein the shrimp, and break up the crab meat into chunks.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, paprika, and season to taste. Let mix simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in shrimp, scallops, and crab meat; cook until shrimp turns pink and scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Combine cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl; sprinkle over the seafood layer.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
  9. Let cool for about 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley and thyme, then serve.
