For the Glaze
  • ½ cup Ketchup Creates a sweet glaze

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture onto a clean surface and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Generously spread ketchup over the top of your shaped meatloaf.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 60 to 75 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes.
  7. Slice the Cheeseburger Meatloaf into thick portions and serve with your favorite sides.
