- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture onto a clean surface and shape it into a loaf.
- Generously spread ketchup over the top of your shaped meatloaf.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 60 to 75 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the Cheeseburger Meatloaf into thick portions and serve with your favorite sides.
