  • 1/2 avocado Mash and season for best flavor.
For the Bacon and Egg
  • 2 slices crispy bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 1 large egg Prepare fried or poached.
For Seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 dash hot sauce Optional for added heat.
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes Optional for added heat.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the two slices of bacon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.
  2. In the same skillet, crack the large egg and cook it to your liking, for about 2-4 minutes.
  3. While the egg is cooking, toast the bread for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread mashed avocado generously over each slice of toasted bread.
  6. Top each toast with a crispy slice of bacon and the cooked egg.
  7. Garnish with optional hot sauce or red pepper flakes, serve immediately, and enjoy!
