- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the two slices of bacon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.
- In the same skillet, crack the large egg and cook it to your liking, for about 2-4 minutes.
- While the egg is cooking, toast the bread for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mashed avocado generously over each slice of toasted bread.
- Top each toast with a crispy slice of bacon and the cooked egg.
- Garnish with optional hot sauce or red pepper flakes, serve immediately, and enjoy!
