Ingredients
  

For the Fish
  • 4 filets Tilapia fresh or thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Chili Powder adjust for spice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt & Pepper for seasoning
For the Slaw
  • 3 cups Angel Hair Coleslaw or Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
For the Sauce
  • 1 Jalapeño diced adjust for spice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest from fresh lime

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the lime juice and zest, fresh cilantro, diced jalapeño, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pat the tilapia filets dry, drizzle with olive oil, and rub to coat. Mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then season the filets evenly. Cook in a preheated air fryer at 400°F for 7-10 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  3. Toss the coleslaw with a couple of spoonfuls of the prepared sauce. Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side. Assemble by layering each tortilla with slaw and tilapia. Add optional toppings if desired.
  4. Serve immediately with extra sauce and toppings on the side.
