  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce tamari is a gluten-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder regular mustard can be a substitute

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
  5. In a medium saucepan, mix peach preserves, whiskey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Heat for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the warm whiskey peach BBQ sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve warm on skewers or over rice.
