- Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cool running water. Halve the strawberries and segment oranges, removing any seeds. Peel and slice the kiwi, chop the fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks, and rinse the blueberries and grapes.
- Grab a large platter and arrange the fruits in neat lines according to the rainbow colors: red strawberries, orange oranges, yellow pineapple, green kiwi, blue blueberries, and purple grapes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 4 ounces of Neufchatel cream cheese with 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
