  • 1 pint Strawberries halved
  • 3 medium Oranges segmented
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 3 medium Kiwi sliced
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 1 bunch Purple Grapes
For the Dip
  • 4 ounces Neufchatel Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cool running water. Halve the strawberries and segment oranges, removing any seeds. Peel and slice the kiwi, chop the fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks, and rinse the blueberries and grapes.
  2. Grab a large platter and arrange the fruits in neat lines according to the rainbow colors: red strawberries, orange oranges, yellow pineapple, green kiwi, blue blueberries, and purple grapes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 4 ounces of Neufchatel cream cheese with 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place the dip at one end of the tray and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
