  1. Begin by rinsing the fresh radishes under cold water to remove any dirt. Trim off the long roots and excess green tops, then slice the radishes into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then whisk the dressing together until well combined.
  3. Add the sliced radishes to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to coat each slice evenly.
  4. Spread the dressed radish mixture onto a serving plate and arrange nicely.
