- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine the cooked sausage with frozen tater tots and mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sausage and tater tot mixture into the baking pan, then evenly pour the egg mixture over it.
- Bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
