Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Combine the cooked sausage with frozen tater tots and mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sausage and tater tot mixture into the baking pan, then evenly pour the egg mixture over it.
  6. Bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
