  • 1/2 cup Cucumber grated, use seedless to minimize excess water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. In another bowl, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make tzatziki.
