Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan) or 200°C (non-fan). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pork cocktail sausages, wholegrain mustard, runny honey, and sea salt. Stir until sausages are fully coated.
  3. Place the glazed sausages onto the lined baking tray in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. At around 12-13 minutes, turn each sausage for even cooking.
  5. After 25 minutes, check for doneness. If needed, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. For an air fryer, set it to 180°C and cook sausages for 13-15 minutes, turning once.
  7. Serve the sausages hot with cocktail sticks for snacking.
