Mixing Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Blend until fully combined, forming a thick dough.
  2. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, portion out the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie gently.
  3. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a no-bake version, or preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. They will firm up as they cool.
