Making the Dressing
- Combine minced garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and kosher salt in a jar. Secure the lid and shake for 30 seconds.
- Gradually add olive oil while shaking to emulsify the dressing.
Preparing the Salad
- Wash and trim the sugar snap peas. Slice radishes thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar snap peas, radishes, and arugula. Crumble feta over the top.
Tossing the Salad
