Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk these ingredients together for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of diced strawberries and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the yogurt mixture. Aim for about 1-2 minutes of folding to avoid crushing the strawberries.
  3. Spoon the yogurt blend into silicone molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Aim for about 1 tablespoon in each mold.
  4. Place the filled molds into the freezer and allow the mixture to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. To release the Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bites, let them sit at room temperature for a minute or run warm water over the bottom of the molds for about 30 seconds.
