- In a skillet, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha. Heat to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Coat the baked meatballs in the skillet with the sauce, tossing gently.
- Serve the meatballs over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
