Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sesame oil, breadcrumbs, ginger, eggs, and minced garlic. Mix gently.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and form into 1.5-inch meatballs, placing them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes until no longer pink in the center.
  5. In a skillet, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha. Heat to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Coat the baked meatballs in the skillet with the sauce, tossing gently.
  7. Serve the meatballs over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
