- Mix diced salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and green onions until well combined.
- Spread the seasoned sushi rice in a baking dish and layer the salmon mixture on top evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, nori, and optional tobiko. Serve warm.
