  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with juices
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese add different types if desired

Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine ground beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.

  4. Top with shredded cheese in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
