Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the cooked shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread half of the tortilla chips on the baking sheet, layer with half of the BBQ chicken and half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layering with the remaining chips, chicken, and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chopped red onions and jalapeños on top.
  6. Bake for 11–13 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Drizzle with queso and return to the oven for another 3–4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
