Biscuit Base
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough or homemade dough
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Take a generous spoonful of the seafood filling and place it in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Carefully place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
