Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until ¼ inch thick and transfer to a greased baking pan. Brush olive oil on top.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add spinach and sauté until wilted for about 3–4 minutes. Let it cool and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and sautéed spinach. Stir in Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the prepared dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares.
  7. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top before serving.
