Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 25 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. Shape ground beef into patties slightly larger than the cabbage steaks.
  5. Cook the patties in a skillet or grill over medium-high heat for 8 minutes for medium-rare.
  6. In the last minute, top each patty with a slice of cheese and cover to melt.
  7. Assemble by placing a beef patty on each cabbage steak and add your favorite toppings.
