  • 1 cup Grated Cucumber zucchini can be a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Dill or fresh mint for a twist
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked Grains (e.g., quinoa, rice) consider using whole grains
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives) customize according to what's in season
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese omit for dairy-free bowl or replace with vegan cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the sirloin steak evenly in the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated steak for about 4–5 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
  5. Layer cooked grains at the bottom of each bowl, add slices of steak, and arrange fresh vegetables on top.
  6. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the bowl and, if desired, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Serve immediately.
