Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, pre-cooked sausage, beaten eggs, milk, and cheese. Stir until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing and serving warm with maple syrup.
