Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by wiping clean about 16 ounces of baby Bella mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Trim the stems if necessary, maintaining the mushrooms' whole shape.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the prepared baby Bella mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they've released moisture and begin to brown.
  4. Once the mushrooms are browned, pour in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Allow the Cowboy Mushrooms to simmer in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes, reducing the sauce slightly.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the Cowboy Mushrooms to a serving dish. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top. Serve warm.
