- In a medium bowl, combine shredded lettuce, diced red onions, chopped banana peppers, mayonnaise, dill relish, and Italian dressing. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add chopped ham, pepperoni, and hard salami. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
- While the meats are cooking, warm your flour tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about 1 minute on each side until pliable. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- On each tortilla, place two slices of provolone cheese followed by the warmed meat mixture. Spoon the chilled lettuce mixture generously on top.
- Tightly roll each tortilla around the filling, securing with toothpicks if desired. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
