Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart, and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Stir for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Mix in 4 cups of sliced green cabbage, cooking for 4-5 minutes until starting to soften but still crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Pour over the stir-fry.
  6. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the stir-fry and season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir for another 2 minutes.
