Step-by-Step Instructions for Cauliflower and Ground Beef Hash
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until fully browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
  2. Add the 16 ounces of frozen cauliflower to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through and tender.
  3. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture in the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat, stir to combine, and serve hot directly from the skillet, optionally alongside a fresh side salad.
