Step-by-Step Instructions for Breakfast Fried Rice
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add diced bacon to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- In the same skillet, add 4 cups of cold cooked rice and sear for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir-fry the rice for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
