- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, dried onion, salt, and pepper using your hands. Shape into four patties and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

- Fold in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, letting the spinach wilt for about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the seared hamburger steaks to the skillet and allow everything to simmer together for another 5 minutes before serving.
