Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Chopped Italian Wrap
  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded lettuce, diced red onion, banana peppers, mayonnaise, dill relish, and Italian dressing. Stir thoroughly until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add chopped ham, pepperoni, and salami. Cook for 5–7 minutes until heated through and slightly crisped. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. While the meat mixture cools, warm your flour tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Spread a layer of mayonnaise over each warm tortilla, then lay two slices of provolone cheese on top.
  5. Spoon the heated meat mixture onto each tortilla, distributing evenly.
  6. Top each wrap with a portion of the chilled creamy lettuce mixture, spreading evenly.
  7. Roll each tortilla from one side to the other, tucking in the edges. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
