- In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend thoroughly.
- Coat the chicken thighs in a single layer in a baking dish and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over them.

- While the chicken bakes, boil halved or quartered Yukon Gold potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain them.

- Allow the chicken to rest before serving alongside the creamy potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
