Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions, typically around 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add in the roasted garlic and stir for about a minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour until combined, then slowly pour in 1 cup of milk. Stir for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
