Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gathering your blender and all the ingredients. Place the contents of the can of pineapple slices, including the juice, into the blender. Add the 3 cups of pineapple juice and the entire can of coconut cream.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high for about 30 seconds. Blend until fully incorporated for smooth texture, or blend just until combined for a chunkier version.
  3. Once blended, transfer the drink to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or pour over ice in a glass immediately.
  4. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, giving it a good stir before serving.
