  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash your cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and oregano until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the salad chilled, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
