Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by boiling 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers and 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers. Cover and steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Combine the cooled herbal infusion with your choice of natural sweetener in a mixing bowl. Stir well, and blend in 1 ripe mashed banana if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top. Tap molds gently to remove air bubbles.
- Place molds in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, then insert popsicle sticks in the center of each mold and return them to the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours.
- To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 30 seconds and gently pull on the sticks.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
