  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, rolled oats, and vanilla protein powder. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and almond butter with a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Blend the mixture on high for about 30-60 seconds until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
