  3. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly and pressing down firmly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before folding in dried mulberries and shredded coconut.
  7. Cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
