  3. In a separate bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, melted coconut oil, and espresso to the mashed bananas and mix well until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring gently. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
