- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by greasing it with coconut oil and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Whisk together thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, melted coconut oil, and espresso to the mashed bananas and mix well until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring gently. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
