  • 1 pound Ground beef Cook thoroughly

  • 2 cups Marinara sauce Thicker sauce preferred
For the Cheese Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Optional but recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, 1 cup cottage cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Mix well.
  4. Take a no-boil lasagna noodle, dip it in warm water, pat dry, and spread 1-2 tablespoons of filling. Roll up tightly.
  5. Place rolled noodles seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
