- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, 1 cup cottage cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Mix well.
- Take a no-boil lasagna noodle, dip it in warm water, pat dry, and spread 1-2 tablespoons of filling. Roll up tightly.
- Place rolled noodles seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
