Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry ingredients. Peel and dice the mangos, chop the red bell pepper, green onions, and jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat). Roughly chop cilantro.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangos, bell pepper, green onions, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and mix gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled alongside tacos or as a dip.
