- In a blender, add the chopped ripe mangoes, full-fat yogurt, and a splash of milk or water. Include honey or sugar for sweetness and optionally a sprinkle of ground cardamom.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes and blend for an additional 15-20 seconds for a frothy texture.
- Taste your Mango Lassi and adjust sweetness with more honey or sugar if needed.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish with ground cardamom or a slice of mango. Serve immediately.
