- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Chill red candy melts in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into 3x5 inch rectangles.
- Mix apple pie filling, caramel sauce, and apple pie seasoning together.
- Assemble the pies by spooning filling onto half of the rectangles, brush edges with egg wash and seal.
- Crimp the edges with a fork to seal the pies.
- Roll out leftover dough scraps to decorate the top of the pies.
- Bake the pies for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the pies on a wire rack for a few minutes.
- Use melted red candy melts to attach decorative shapes on top.
