Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Add honey, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in dried lavender flowers and any optional nuts using a spatula, being careful not to overwork the dough.
  6. Portion cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each scoop.
  7. Sprinkle a touch of sugar and extra lavender flowers on top before baking.
