Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, whole milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, black pepper, and thyme. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooled onion and garlic mixture along with ground beef and pork to the breadcrumb mixture and combine gently.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan, pressing lightly and smoothing the top.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients, reserving one-third for later.
  7. Spread one-third of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. After 45 minutes, add another third of the glaze and continue baking for an additional 25-30 minutes until reaching 160°F.
  9. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
