- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, whole milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, black pepper, and thyme. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooled onion and garlic mixture along with ground beef and pork to the breadcrumb mixture and combine gently.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan, pressing lightly and smoothing the top.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients, reserving one-third for later.
- Spread one-third of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, add another third of the glaze and continue baking for an additional 25-30 minutes until reaching 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
