  2. Make the dough: whisk together flour, cocoa powder, yeast, salt, and espresso in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gently heat the milk, sugar, and butter until warm, then add to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix in the large egg until a sticky dough forms, adding flour as needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread butter, and sprinkle the filling before rolling into a log.
  7. Cut the log into 9-12 equal pieces and place them in a greased pan to proof for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 26-32 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare the glaze by melting chocolate chips and butter, then mixing in milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
