Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Whisk until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Unfold a sheet of chilled puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8-inch thick.
  4. Slice the rolled out pastry into squares or rectangles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spoon custard onto the center of each pastry piece and top with blueberries. Optionally fold the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
