Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
  3. Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, cream cheese, mixed vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder. Stir until mixed.
  7. Evenly spread the filling over the rolled-out dough, leaving a half-inch border.
  8. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly to form a log. Slice the log into 8 equal pieces.
  9. Place the sliced rolls upright on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Melt some butter and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown and cheese is bubbling.
  12. Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
