Step-by-Step Instructions for Iced Double Berry Matcha
- Start by washing and hulling 1 cup of fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth and vibrant, then pour through a fine mesh strainer and set aside.
- Boil 1 cup of water and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon of matcha with the hot water for about 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup of milk.
